Stock & delivery

Items marked Ready stock are in our Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia warehouse and are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Heavy machines travel by lorry — we will confirm the delivery arrangement and cost with you before dispatching.

Warranty

Warranty period is stated on each product page and follows the manufacturer's terms. Keep the original packaging and the invoice for any claim. Consumables, wear parts and damage from misuse, overloading or incorrect power supply are not covered.

Damaged or wrong item

Take a photo of the item and the parcel, and message us the same day. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Safety note

Hoists, cranes and lifting gear must be installed and used by a competent person, within the rated capacity, and inspected regularly. Ask us if you are unsure which model suits your load.
